Terms and conditions for participation of the Tattoo Convention
The contract will come into effect if the organizer sends the invoice. There is no legal claim to conclusion of a contract. The amount of the stand rental has to be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. If it is not paid punctually, the organizer is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.
The exhibitor agrees to offer the goods/services at the stands for the whole duration of the Ticino Tattoo Convention. Furthermore the exhibitorwarrants to have the stand permanently manned by competent staff.
The exhibitor is responsible for his stand and for its setting up and dismantling.
The setting up of the stand must be completed by the opening time ( 08:00 a.m. on 18 May 2019)
The stand has to be dismantled until 17:30 p.m. on 19 May 2019.
By signing the registration form, the exhibitor consents to the organizer publishing and also storing the exhibitioner’s name and, if necessary, other data.
The exhibitor is not entitled to wholly or partially sublet or swap the allocated stand. The organizer can exclude individual exhibitors and suppliers from participation, if:
The exhibitors has supplied false information
Goods/services are offered that have not been approved or registered.
The setting up of the stand is not completed by the time of opening.
The stand rental was not paid punctually or only partially.
The exhibitor sublets the stand or transferred his contract rights to a third person.
The rules and instructions of the hygiene expert are ignored.
The exhibitors is responsible for the cleaning of the stand. The stand area must be returned in the same condition as it has been received.
The organizer explicitly points out to observe the legal provisions against illegal employement, the compliance of hygiene instructions, commercial rights and fiscal requirements.
In case of a complaint from an authority, especially from the Healt Departement, the organizer is entitled to admonish or even to exclude the exhibitor from further participation.
Each stand receives a certain number of exhibitor passes. These passes are only for exhibitors know by name and their staff. Exhibitor passes are not transferable and cannot be sold to another person. The exhibitor pass has to be kept with you at all times during the whole event.
General surveillance of the grounds and halls will be provided by the organiser, without liability for loss or damage suffered. The exhibitor is resonsible for supervision and surveillance of his own stand.
The exhibitor commits to have a businness liability insurance for the duration of the event.
The organizer can take photos or make films. The exhibitor cedes all rights to take photos or make films of the stand, of his person,the staff, the customers, his goods and services to the organiser.
Further agreements must be made in the written form. They are legally binding only when the organizer has agreed to them.
If a term or condition is or becomes invalid, the validity of the other conditions is not affected.
